Win It Training is proud to offer Youth Strength and Agility training.  

 

Our Strength and Agility training consists of:

  • Resistance Band Training

  • Medicine ball work

  • Running form 

  • Speed and acceleration 

  • Core work 

-5  Sessions: $125 

-10 Sessions: $225 (one free session)

 

Sessions begins Monday,  January 18th

Sessions ends Wednesday, February 17th
