Win It Training is proud to offer Youth Strength and Agility training.  

 

Our Strength and Agility training consists of:

  • Resistance Band Training

  • Medicine ball work

  • Running form 

  • Speed and acceleration 

  • Core work 

-6  Sessions: $150

-12 Sessions: $275 (one free session)

 

Sessions begins Tuesday,  July 6th

Sessions ends Thursday, August 19th

NO SESSIONS August 3rd and 5th
