Our Strength and Agility training consists of:

  • Resistance Band Training

  • Medicine ball work

  • Running form 

  • Speed and acceleration 

  • Core work 

• 4 Week Session:  $200 (Tuesday and Thursday - 10 total hours)

* SPRING SESSION 

starts on Tuesday MAY 24TH and

ends on Thursday JUNE 16TH.

  4 WEEK SESSION:  

  • Week 1: Tuesday May 24th  - 5- 6pm
    Thursday May 26th - 5-6pm

  • Week 2: Tuesday May 31st - 5-6pm
    Thursday June 2nd-  5-6pm

  • Week 3: Tuesday June 7th -  5-6pm
    Thursday June 9th -  5-6pm

  • Week 4: Tuesday June 14th -  5-6pm
    Thursday June 16th  -  5-6pm

Choose: 1 Time a Week (4 classes for $100)

Choose: 2 Times a Week (8 classes for $200)
