Our Strength and Agility training consists of:

  • Resistance Band Training

  • Medicine ball work

  • Running form 

  • Speed and acceleration 

  • Core work

starts on Tuesday AUGUST 30th and

ends on Thursday SEPTEMBER 30th.

September 13th:  4:15-5:15pm

September 20th:  4:15-5:15pm

September 22nd:  4:15-5:15pm

September 27th:  4:15-5:15pm
